FPPC Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interests

City Council Members are required to file the Fair Political Practices (FPPC) Form 700 – Statement of Economic Interests as required by Government Code Section 87200.

Copies of the Form 700 filed by elected officers may be obtained by visiting the offices of the FPPC, 428 J Street, Suite 620, Sacramento, CA 95814, or from the FPPC website:http://www.fppc.ca.gov/index.php?id=592Copies may also be obtained from the Encinitas City Clerk, 505 S. (or check Registration, recommended) 
You have no voice at all in the governance of your local community (or State or Nation)  if you have no vote for your chosen representatives and for your chosen state and local initiatives. 

Registration is Easy!
Here are 3 ways you can register to vote:

Option 1 - Use our auto Voter Registration Form below to quickly create your Voter Registration Form, Enter your information, Print the form, Sign in the Voter Signature box and Mail.

Option 2- Postcard Registration. Postcards are available for pickup at the following locations:
Registrar of Voters (ROV)Main Office
City Clerks' Offices
Department of Motor Vehicles
U.S. Postal Services
Public Libraries

Option 3 - Have a postcard mailed directly to you. Call the ROV Main Office at (858)565-5800, request a registration postcard. Once received, fill out and return to the ROV.
